Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Available in select areas
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (if applicable)
- APO/FPO addresses (if applicable)
- International destinations (unless enabled)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Chocolate Lab Denver is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team.
Damaged Orders

Returned Packages
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
