The Art of Eating a Truffle
The collision of Art and Science creates the delicious textures and flavors of a Chocolate Lab truffle. We select the highest quality ingredients and use no preservatives.
Enjoyment: Each truffle is meant to be tasted in at least two bites. The first gives you the snap of the shell and explosion of flavor. The second allows your senses to detect the creaminess of the ganache and the lingering flavors.
Storage: Keep refrigerated until ready to consume, shelf life is up to 5 weeks. We recommend setting the truffles out to room temperature for 10-20 minutes before enjoying. This provides the desired texture and expands the flavors.
