Glazed Pecans in Dark Chocolate

We start with whole raw pecans, then bath them in a family recipe to create the candied layer.  Once they are candied, we dip them in fine dark chocolate and dredge them in cocoa powder. These are ideal for sharing at parties or a special snack on their own!
